8:00am to 3:00pm *Early Drop Off & Late Pick Up Extra*

Weekly Camp Sessions Include:

 

Strength Training & Conditioning  

 

Structured Training with Purposeful Movement:

Exercise Techniques & Mechanics, Olympic Lifting, Speed, Agility, Quickness, Reaction Drills 

 

Mid-Day Lunch & Movie Session

Unstructured Training: Play Basketball, etc...

 

Beach Training Fridays
