MOVE SC - Small Group Setting

​In MOVE Strength & Conditioning (SC) Training we exercise the whole body with resistance training and conditioning from a beginning intensity to high intensity.  Regardless of your training level or age, we make training work for you.  We start you at your realistic level of training and challenge you with progression over time.  Essentially a personal training session in a group setting.  


*Exercise for all! If you are unfamiliar with training we teach you... If you are already familiar with training, we help make you better...*


Mix of training includes:

-Functional Movements

-Balance/Stability (Trunk & Core)

-Resistance Training (with Free Weights & Medicine Balls)

-Conditioning (Agiltiy Drills, Walk, Jog, Run-Sprint: We get you moving)
