ADP Training

In Athelete Development & Progression (ADP) Training we design Strength & Conditioning programs & implement the programs to meet specific needs through execution of olympic lifts, strength, power, speed, and agility training.

 

Regardless of the sport played, we teach youth athletes to understand movement mechanics and how to use their body more efficiently & effectively in their respective sport and in daily living to reduce the chance for injury and improve performance.
