“From being a former high school and collegiate student-athlete, I found myself injured more than normal. Though I played with immense heart and passion, I was not always at my greatest potential. I wanted to learn as much as I could to make being injured less prevalent. I wanted to give others the opportunity to be all they can be with proper education and instruction on training. Through experience and education, I also gained knowledge on living a healthier lifestyle and the multiple benefits and values exercise impacts in other facets of life. I’m committed to learning, growing, and improving. I’m driven to succeed in strengthening people for a better tomorrow. "
